Frequently Asked Questions

Structured clarification regarding eligibility, fees, process controls, and escalation standards.

What types of accounts do you accept?

Kendrick & Hayes works exclusively with commercial (business-to-business) accounts. We do not engage in consumer collections. Accounts are generally required to be under two years from invoice date at time of placement.

How are fees structured?

Services are provided on a contingency basis. Fee percentages are determined by account age or structured batch placement as defined in the Master Services Agreement. Fees are earned only upon successful recovery.

What information is required to begin?

A completed placement form and supporting documentation such as invoices, account statements, and relevant correspondence are required prior to engagement. All accounts are reviewed for commercial eligibility before outreach begins.

Can an account be recalled?

Accounts may be recalled subject to the terms of the Master Services Agreement. If payment is received directly after placement, the agreed contingency fee remains due.

Do you pursue litigation?

Litigation is considered only when appropriate and only with written client authorization and documented cost approval. No legal action is initiated without express instruction.
